Deep V Cross-Back Ruched One-Piece Swimsuit

This Tankini Bathing Suit has to be one of the most flattering 2-piece swimsuits I have ever worn. The sizing guide is a bit challenging - I simply purchased a size larger than I usually wear (I got the large.) I would have probably been fine in the XL as well, which is where my measurements set me, but I like a tighter fit since swimsuits loosen in the water and over time.

For reference, I wear a size 10/12 usually, or size Medium US size, weigh 175-lbs give or take a few, have a 36C chest and size 32-34"waist. I also have "mom-bulge" and am in my mid-forties.

The swimsuit did have some hanging threads I had to cut off, but once I got this on I didn't mind. The bottoms look like granny bottoms but they cover my backside really well and fit perfectly. Often with 2-piece swimsuits I find I need to purchase separately because the top and bottom for a size never work. In this case, the fit was as good as a one-piece swimsuit. I like the coverage at the side chest area and my chest fits well and isn't inclined to have embarrassing slippage.

The rouching on the front is flattering. I do not think this is a swimsuit for those with a lot of extra weight carried in the lower half of the body, those individuals do better with a loose, flowing skirt. I am probably on the far end of the heavier builds that will look good in this, it really needs a fairly tight body to be attractive.

We are doing a lot of beach and water activities so I am going to order a couple more of these in different colors because I like it so well. No more having to fully disrobe to use a bathroom and flattering too!

Reviews were mixed on whether to size up or down so I ordered XL and XXL and stayed with the XL. Color is exactly as pictured. Bust could be a little more supportive but its not terrible. Hubs said its slimming. Very glad I took a chance and ordered it. I am 5'9 1/2'' and weigh 209. Cup is 38C Material is a little thin but its still good quality. Highly recommend with the lighter color suit to wear the same color bottoms or at least nothing dark. The bottoms that came with it are a perfect fit. Highly recommend.

LOVE this swimsuit! It's cute and fits well. I like that the skirt actually hits just below the butt. Some of these skirted suits just have a ruffle but you're still hanging out of it. I wore this to a group pool event and it was cute but family-appropriate attire. I wish it had just been a halter top though. The criss-cross back looks nice but isn't necessary and leaves weird tan lines. That's the only thing I'd change about it.

This swimsuit is flattering on girls that might have a tummy and supportive for larger breasts. It is 2-pieces, making it easier to use the bathroom! The pink is really bright! I wear this swimsuit when I want to be active on the beach or at pool. Highly recommend. I think get it in black too!
